**Key Qualifications:**

• 3-10 years of Civil Engineering experience, specifically in land development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater and utility design, including a solid understanding of permitting processes and codes.
• Experience in preparing detailed engineering calculations and construction plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer (Florida) preferred, EIT required
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid organization skills with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines with precision.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
