Role:
As an Executive Assistant, this individual will be supporting a CEO directly and multiple C-level Suite Executives from time to time. This would include day to day calendar management, travel schedules, meetings and events, supporting communications, be a part of different initiatives, project / task management, be the first line of defense, review and proof read materials, and be the liaison for collaboration between all the executives. This person will be traveling with the CEO to events, meetings, charity events, etc.
Responsibilities:
This is an in-office position 5 days a week.
Personal Attributes:
There will be local day travel for meetings, events, dinners, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Streamline top-level executive operations, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication across various business functions and maintain leadership dashboards.
- Support HR activities, including drafting job descriptions, onboarding, and maintaining company policies.
- Assist in client services by maintaining CRM updates and ensuring seamless communication.
- Organize events, both internal and client-facing, and provide marketing research support.
- Manage compliance and digitization efforts, including information security and client portals.
- Aid in employee development and the creation of training programs.
- A completed bachelor's degree is required
- Prior experience within an accounting firm, services firms, advisory firm, and/or financial services firm is required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.)
This is an in-office position 5 days a week.
