Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution, including: client meetings and consultations
- Legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Deposition preparation and attendance
- Trial preparation and presentation
- Case management and calendaring
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including client networking and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates.
- Contribute to the firm's overall strategic growth and development.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in Business litigation (contract disputes, business torts, etc.), Personal injury, or Medical malpractice
- Proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Admission to the PA bar is a must
