**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Over 10 years of experience with SAP systems, particularly in implementation and support.
- A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience focusing on IS-U solutions, especially for North American utilities markets.
- Proven full-cycle implementation expertise in utilities (Electric/Water/Gas); strong grasp of CIS & Billing Systems.
- Experience with As-Is and To-Be modeling and BRD design/blueprints.
- Knowledge of US regulated and deregulated markets.
- Proficiency in the design, build, test, and deployment of SAP IS-U solutions, including WRICEF components.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of guiding both functional and technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at conveying technical concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in managing teams, including both internal and vendor resources.
- Certification in S4 HANA, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- PMP or similar certification.
- ITIL for Service Delivery Management.
