Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Billing Supervisor to join the team in our Addison, TX office. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, timely collections, and effective management of accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of ServiceTitan experience and 5 years of AR/billing experience, preferably within the home services or construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Billing Operations: Oversee the end-to-end billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively. Manage recurring and one-time billing cycles for service agreements, projects, and additional services.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and maintain AR aging reports to ensure timely collections and minimal delinquencies. Develop and implement strategies to streamline AR processes. Handle escalated customer account issues, including disputes and payment plans.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support the AR team members to meet performance goals. Assign tasks, review work for accuracy, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• ServiceTitan Expertise: Optimize the use of ServiceTitan for billing and AR functions. Act as the in-house ServiceTitan expert, ensuring data integrity and proper use of system features. Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and system integrations.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular AR and billing reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable/billing experience, preferably within the home services or construction industry, is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceTitan is required.
• Strong proficiency in accounting and billing principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan and related software tools (e.g., Excel, Sage).
