CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a HOA Servicing Company. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team of 5 Billing and AR staff. This role involves managing receivables, lockbox operations, billing processes, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations for a diverse client base, including community associations and property owners.

Pay: $26/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5:30pm
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment posting issues promptly.
- Process property ownership transfer requests from title agents, mortgage lenders, and realtors.
- Record non-lockbox payment receipts and manage bank deposits.
- Reconcile lockbox transactions and monthly bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address billing and accounts receivable inquiries.
- Prioritize daily workloads to meet department service level targets and deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Deposit payments using check scanners and audit reports to balance accounts.
- Handle additional work-related tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager, Controller, or similar role.
- Proven leadership experience supervising a billing, accounts receivable, or revenue team of at least 10 employees.
- Experience in a high-volume billing and receivables environment.
- Solid understanding of internal controls related to billing and payment processing.
- Real estate, property management, or outsourcing industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with mid-to-upper tier accounting software.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to work with various software tools effectively.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
