We are looking for full-time shed framer to join our production line. The framer is responsible for reading and interpreting work orders and floor plans , accurately framing and sheeting walls , and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently. The Production Line Framer will possess strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain high production standards while adhering to safety regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Read and understand work orders and floor plans to ensure accurate framing and sheeting of walls
- Frame and sheet walls according to specifications, ensuring alignment, structural integrity, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring tools and materials are readily available and in good condition
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform basic mathematical computations to ensure a safe work environment
- Provide backup support to other production requirements or unforeseen challenges with flexibility and resourcefulness
- Fill in for assigned production positions to ensure continuous workflow and productivity
- Build to the Liberty standards while following direction and guidance provided the Line Leader

WORK SCHEDULE
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks throughout the day. Please note that schedules may vary depending on production demands, and occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or handle peak workloads. Flexibility in work hours is appreciated to ensure we continue to meet our production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
