Job Description
You will lead and evolve our international manufacturing accounting teams located in Costa Rica, Mexico and China. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the execution of the accounting strategy within each region, working closely with your leaders, located in each country, to ensure their plans align to corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead high performing teams
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization
- Attract, hire, and develop top talent
- Develop strategic plans and drive improvement projects
- Be responsible for the general ledger for accounting across multiple legal entities
- Complete financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Budget, Estimates, Fixed Assets, Inventories)
- Balance account reconciliations
- Plan and manage the efficient conduct of financial audits
- Ensure completion Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for these entities
- Plan and manage statutory activities and financial compliance across these jurisdictions
- Take initiative to problem solve and affect change when needed
