Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Analyst at Liberty Tire Recycling will gather, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide actionable recommendations related to recruitment, retention, compliance, and other HR functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data and statistics to identify trends and patterns, focusing on recruitment, hiring practices, employee motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the roll-out and implementation of the company's Applicant Tracking System.
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including the HR information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other relevant sources.
- Prepare and present detailed reports of data results, explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Based on metrics and analysis, recommend policies and initiatives to enhance organizational culture, attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and ensure legal compliance.
- Assist with or conduct classification audits to ensure proper job classification as exempt or non-exempt.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Support HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budget processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws, HR policies, and regulations.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Prior experience with ADP software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of experience in human resources data analysis.
Compensation:
Between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
