MoveDocs is seeking a Personal Injury Case Coordinator who is responsible for interacting with attorney customers and obtaining information to evaluate medical procedures.
Responsibilities :
Partners with attorney firms to evaluate personal injury cases and get authorizationsGrows relationships with attorney firms and medical providersProvides recommendations from the scheduler for providers and appointmentsAssists with scheduling patients as neededDelivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate researchAchieves weekly volume targets and quarterly measurementsUpdates electronic client files while interacting with customers via telephonePerforms other related duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirements :
2 years of experience interacting with personal injury medical casesHigh School or GED required; some college preferredStrong customer service skillsCommitment to detail and qualityKnowledge of medical terminologyRisk management experience helpful but not requiredAbility to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlinesInterpersonal communication skills that drive successProficient in Microsoft Windows / OfficeAbility to type 35 wpmAbility to work at a computer while on the telephone for up to 8 hours a dayBilingual a plusBenefits
