We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Onboarding and Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new law firm clients. You will ensure firms are input on our platforms and users have access. Additionally, this role will manage the process of integrating Law Firm’s Case Management Software (CMS) with the MoveDocs platform.

Responsibilities:
- As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients, including but not limited to:
- Managing and tracking the onboarding process for new Law Firm Clients by ensuring their Firm information is correctly added to internal platforms and that all Firm users are provided proper access to the MoveDocs platform
- Maintaining communication to the Sales Team on progress of New Firms being onboarded and successful handover.
- Serving as the primary point of accountability and communication in managing CMS integrations while proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the integration process with applicable internal and external partners
- Ability to understand and communicate the technology integration process and jargon while working with Tech Support teams to ensure successful integrations
- Proficiently using all MS Software including Smartsheet in organizing and managing assigned projects, tasks, and CMS Integrations
- Ability to handle tasks and projects focused on improving the service level with Law Firms, overseeing, documenting, and implementing all aspects of the assigned projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or similar industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Software, Smartsheet and Salesforce.
- Experience working with legal, personal injury, financial services, and/or healthcare industry.
