The intake coordinator manages a significant number or inbound and outbound calls to meet the intake process demands. These responsibilities include interacting with clients, personal injury attorneys, staff, and internal team members.
Maintains consistent and positive customer experience to increase the company’s success. This position is Mon-Fri with 8-hour shifts. Schedule may vary based on geographical location and work assignment.

Job Description:
The intake coordinator manages a significant number or inbound and outbound calls to meet the intake process demands. These responsibilities include interacting with clients, personal injury attorneys, staff, and internal team members.
Maintains consistent and positive customer experience to increase the company’s success. This position is Mon-Fri with 8-hour shifts. Schedule may vary based on geographical location and work assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assign intake information throughout the day, ensuring potential new clients are contacted immediately
- Complete intake with prospective client, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained
- Communicate via multiple channels including, phone, text and email
- Pull reports and send to the departmental team daily to confirm nothing is missed
- Accurately enter intake data into internal system
- Triage incoming phone calls, faxes and emails to appropriate destinations
- Provide exceptional customer service to our VIP firms and their clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish is required for this role
- High school diploma or GED required
- General understanding of healthcare and/or legal medical terminology is a plus
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service with an eagerness to build relationships
- Superior telephone and email communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, ambitious and self-directed when prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office; proficiency with Microsoft Excel
