Job Details
Title: Sr. Desktop Engineer
Location: Houston, Texas (Must work all 5 days a week onsite and be willing to travel to different CNP locations in Houston)
Contract Position
- No. of Years of experience as a Senior Desktop Engineer- strong experience in IT deployment, asset management, or IT infra related field with prior involvement in large-scale laptop deployment projects.
- Must have hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
- Perform end-to-end OS deployments and Familiarity with data wiping methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address deployment issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with end-users and stakeholders
- Proven experience in team leadership, management, and guiding team members through project coordination.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Preferred: CompTIA A or equivalent hardware certification.
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation Certification.
