Job Description and responsibilities required :
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2024 . (AutoCAD LT version)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word & Excel
- Gather field data using scanning technologies and taking measurements to support project design.
- Capable of Preparing AUTOCAD drawings from hand drawn schematics.
- Capable of putting hand drawn Wiring diagrams, power distribution, safety, and security system drawings to AUTOCAD
- Capable of drafting Low voltage electrical, security, and communications systems to AUTOCAD
- Capable of drafting HVAC drawing's regarding duct work placement, RTU’s and diagrams into AUTOCAD.
- Capable of drafting plumbing drawings from hand drawn schematics into AUTOCAD.
- Capable of Converting / scanned hard copies into AUTOCAD files.
- Capable of Converting AUTOCAD files to pdf’s.
- Capable of receiving & filing architect, civil, and utility drawings.
- Capable of maintaining and updating "as built “ drawings via AUTOCAD
- Capable of drawing preliminary layouts i.e. parking lots and truck driving areas around a bldg. in AUTOCAD
- Capable of coordinating ceiling grid, reflective ceiling plans, lighting, power, data, hvac, and plumbing from contractor sketches into AUTOCAD.
- A minimum if 2 years experience required

We do all we can to keep our people on the team for as long as they are able. This job is a local task within a 100 mile radius of Louisville KY. We are locally owned and operated. We do not travel.
