Job Title: Client Services Manager
Reports To: Client Services Director
Supervises: Client Services Coordinators, Homemakers, Personal Care Aides, Chore Worker
Job Classification: Full-Time, Professional Staff Member; 40 hours/week; Exempt
Salary Range: $45,760-$65,894
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining operations of the in-home services at Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP). This position is an integral part of the overall leadership team with responsibility for day-to-day management of operations and assisting the director with execution of the organizational goals and strategic objectives. Provide training in health-related areas for direct care staff. Prepare reports and data tracking. Assist other staff and clients as needed. Implement plans of correction as assigned. Help prepare for surveys, audits, and reviews as necessary.

Core Technology Competencies: Demonstrate working knowledge of computer operations, standard office equipment (copiers, faxes, etc.) and must be able to utilize all Microsoft Office services.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise a team composed of direct care and office staff.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and program regulations.
- Complete ongoing performance evaluations for supervised staff.
- Oversee scheduling of all in-home staff.
- Maintain required training for in-home staff.
- Ensure homemaking and personal care staff meet on-going education requirements.
- Ensure homemaking and personal care staff are continuously adhering to regulations and rules governing the operations.
- Implement ongoing efficiency in all services provided.
- Model high performance standards characterized by integrity, and to earn trust and respect of others by coaching, inspiring, and empowering teams of people to achieve strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Hire staff and work to ensure all staff perform duties according to established policies and procedures.
- Develop internal and external communications with tact, finesse, and confidentiality according to LCAP policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as needed or as assigned.

Requirements
General Requirements: Commitment and desire to provide excellent service to all clients and aging community members. Maintain predictable and regular attendance, work stated hours, communicate, comprehend, and follow policies and procedures and develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff. Must be able to satisfactorily perform all the job responsibilities and meet the physical requirements of that same job title. All employees must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License, as well as the minimum auto insurance coverage for Ohio (must be able to provide proof upon request).
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active and unrestricted license preferred.
- Associate’s degree in nursing, human services or a related field or five years’ experience providing home and community-based services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- CPR certification or willing to complete within 90 days of hire
- Experience evaluating and coordinating health or social services within home and community-based settings.
- Knowledge of local resources and programs available to maintain the health and welfare of older adults.
- Knowledge of current issues related to caregiving.
