Janitorial Crew Leader 1st 2nd & 3rd shift

$250.00 Signing Bonus!

Pay

1st shift- $18.50 per hr.

2nd shift- $19.00 per hr.

3rd shift- $20.00 per hr.

Schedule: 40 hours/week - 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm, 2nd shift- 3pm-11:30pm 3rd shift- 11pm-7:30am

Must be available to work weekends

Overview

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Job Duties

• Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff members
• Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met
• Provide training to associates
• Recommend corrective actions as appropriate
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Management experience preferred
• Maintain accurate records
• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach
• Lots of walking
• Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public
• Work unsupervised for long periods of time
• Own steel toed boots
