Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the onboarding process for the department. This position ensures compliance and accuracy while delivering exceptional service to candidates, employees, and hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment process for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews by updating calendars, assisting with internal applicant reviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Oversee all onboarding activities, including sending onboarding links, following up with new hires, entering data into databases, and ensuring completion of onboarding requirements
- Assist with offer letters, pre-employment checks, and other onboarding-related tasks
- Provide front-line HR support by answering calls and voicemails, assisting employees and visitors, and supporting uniform distribution and walk-in inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or an administrative support role is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. High level of attention to detail and accuracy is expected.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
