Nebraska, NE Full Time
POSTED ON 2/16/2025

Are you a force for good? Does the opportunity to devote your talents to a cause much greater than yourself excite you? Arbor Day Foundation is a place you can do work that matters, with people who care, in an inspiring environment. As we say at the Foundation: life is short, love where you work.

As one of the world's largest conservation organizations, the Arbor Day Foundation inspires people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. We help others understand and use trees as a solution to global issues (like air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger) that are critical to survival.

Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation where our mission comes to life.

  • Achieve. You work diligently to maintain positive guest satisfaction scores and continually improve processes.
  • Inform. You stay on top of technology trends and create purchasing plans for constant improvement.
  • Calculate. Ability to post all banquet/catering events checks/tickets immediately after each event.

You Have:

  • Experience: You have 1-5 years of experience in a standardized Banquet or Restaurant or food and beverage outlet. Preferred but not limited to also 1-5 experience in a high-volume restaurant as AGM or GM.
  • Leadership skills. Patience, grace, and a real love to teach others the knowledge that has brought you success. Being timely and consistent in how you manage events and staff is incredibly important. A sense of humor is not required but greatly encouraged!
