Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and record keeping.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents.
