Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee project expediting, inspections, logistics management, and ensure the timely completion of site preparation projects. This full-time on-site role is located in Rockville, VA, with primary responsibilities on job sites in the Richmond region.
This position requires frequent travel to job sites and does not offer remote work opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and expediting
- Strong skills in inspection and logistics management
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Procore, and other industry-standard software
- Experience managing RFIs/Submittals process and proficiency in heavy civil and site work
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent ten years of construction management experience
