Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Lifco Hydraulics, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by processing orders, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the order desk. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process orders received through email, phone, or our website, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Set up new customers and assist with payment processing for orders.
- Work with our team to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Strong computer and email experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in hydraulic pumps, motors and hydraulic components is preferred
