Job Summary
This is a good job. The warehouse is air conditioned, well lit, with nice equipment. It is busy and we didn't even lay off anyone during Covid. Doing shipping and receiving as well, and we have 4 others that can help train.
We are trying to roll out some new quality control measures so it is a changing environment. Not a good place for someone that likes to get set in their ways.
We treat everyone the way we want to be treated and make sure we have a good professional work environment.
Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers, and reach trucks
- Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks
- Build and stack pallets according to warehouse standards
- Execute order picking accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols
-Ship and receive goods.
Skills
- Need to be able to operate a forklift.
- Have an aptitude for good paperwork and proper processes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Experience in materials handling and order picking
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers

The wage INCLUDES $10,000 towards your health insurance. If you can prove that you have existing coverage then we add that money to your paycheck.
2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months.
