Our Director of Operations (DO) is a key role in the organization providing management and support to our distribution facilities. The Director of Operations will be charged with driving the day-to-day areas of warehouse management, facilities management, product distribution, pharmaceutical distribution, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and operational staff development. The (DO) will ensure the company quality, delivery, and inventory objectives are met.
Who Are You?
- BS/BA required preferably in Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 8 years industry related experience; healthcare preferred.
- 4 years of prior management experience
- Proficient at MS Office, MS Excel
- Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment, performance management, and warehouse management systems
- Proven track record of success implementing process improvements and managing projects within a growing organization.
- Unfailing focus on P&L constraints and proven ability to deliver results on-time.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with others.
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills; an attention to details and follows through on assigned tasks and projects
- A can-do attitude with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time including overnight.

Salary : $109,000 - $125,000
