The Role
Title: Clinic Assistant/Receptionist
Type: Part-time, Permanent (19–25 hours per week overtime)
Location: Poole, Dorset, UK
Salary: £13.06 with opportunities for a pay rises, based on performance. bonuses up to £135/month
Shifts:
- 7:30 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–7:40 PM
- Available to cover at least 1 Saturday per month
- Team Training Wednesday mornings: 08.40 AM–12:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Warmly welcome patients with a smile and deliver exceptional service, creating moments of surprise and delight at key touchpoints in their journey.
- Handle phone calls, SMS, and emails, including follow-with, rescheduling no-shows, cancels and reactivation of past clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries and schedule appointment
- Follow proven processes using a checklist-first approach
- Manage client accounts and assist with marketing/social media.
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team attend regular training sessions, and cover for teammates as needed.
- Take payments and maintain client account database
Who You Are
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Available for at least 19 hours per week, including 1 Saturday morning per month.
- A friendly, professional multitasker with strong organizational and IT skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A natural communicator eager to help others and deliver exceptional service.
- Coachable, reliable, punctual and a true team player.
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Appointment setting, Inbound Sales rep experience (desirable but not necessary)
- Good account handling and call handling skills (desirable but not necessary)
