Job Description: The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and evaluation of care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
- Utilization of therapy software appropriately and accurately.
- Patient rights, safety, and sanitation competency areas.
- Implementation and interpretation of department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
