Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients
- Empower patients to achieve their goals and regain independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- NBCOT certification upon hire, with optional renewal
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (ASOT)
- Current registration/licensure in applicable State, with active licensure throughout employment
- One year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred
