JOB SUMMARY
Our Certified Dietary Manager will communicate with the Dining Services Management Team on operation problems, resident food service and therapeutic diets. They will ensure the resident's nutritional needs are met and will document food preferences upon admissions, quarterlies, & annuals. Position is responsible for assisting in resident care planning and completing MDS evaluations. Our CDM will also participate in daily morning meetings, monthly QAPI meeting, resident care plan meetings, and other IDT meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Successful candidate should have one (1) or more years of experience in a management & clinical experience as well as Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) credential AND State of Illinois Sanitation Certificate.
