Harbour Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Assisted Living Resident Services Manager to join our team!
PM shift 3-11, rotating weekends
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Assisted Living Resident Serves Manager :
- Assisting residents and families with the move-in process
- Manage staff scheduling and training
- Manage resident medical record compliance
- Oversee daily operations of assisted living programs
- Assess resident needs, establish service plans, coordinate care plan review meetings
Requirements
