What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life.Church is hiring: Content Team Project Leader in Edmond position at Life.Church?
The Project Leader is primarily responsible for establishing detailed project plans and driving progress for new YouVersion Content initiatives. This role will identify and manage the life cycle of initiatives from project conception to completion. This role facilitates project-related communication across the four content teams and coordinates with other YouVersion teams. The Project Leader will proactively take ownership of unassigned tasks to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance to the project timeline. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church's mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives.
- Intake and evaluate new projects and opportunities.
- Orchestrate ongoing processes that require additional support.
- Represent team objectives by acting as a proxy, attending meetings, gathering key takeaways, following up on action items, offering insight, and making decisions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other teams and their project managers to gather data and create and share resources that achieve organizational goals and outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
- Evaluate the project management process to iterate and improve.
- Track and evaluate metrics to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Support partner, contractor, intern, and volunteer processes to scale team impact.
- Manage automated workflows to recognize partner milestones.
- Create systems to replicate team processes and outcomes across a growing global organization.
- Coordinate reporting and presentation needs with team leader.
- Maintain and communicate progress on key team initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards to track team progress.
