The Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring that the residents’ dining experience in the public campus dining areas, all skilled nursing units, Memory Support, Assisted Living and Health Pavilion floors meet our exceptional standards of service. We are seeking :
Associates degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
A minimum of 1-year previous supervisory experience required.
A minimum of 3 years related to Fine Dining and Health Services dining (including knowledge of therapeutic food), experience in a continuous care retirement community, hospital, or similar facility preferred.
