Scheduler - Full Time Location : Twin Towers, 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224 Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 10 : 00am to 5 : 30pm What is Your Role? The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure the community provides the highest level of quality care possible for the residents. This position requires excellent communication, detail orientation, and persuasion skills. We are seeking :

Position Requirements :
STNA certification preferred.
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Previous experience in Healthcare staff scheduling preferred.
Microsoft office proficiency.
Experience using TOD and On-Shift preferred.
Here’s what you’re responsible for :
Creates and maintains staffing schedules for Health Services and Assisted Living departments.
Secures staffing for sick leave / call offs, vacation, LOA by calling, texting and sending messages via On Shift system.
Retrieves messages from phone and systems.
Maintains call off log. Tracking for attendance policy monitoring purposes.
Enters scheduling data and communications using On Shift scheduling system and texts via cell phone.
Maintains and updates master schedules and reports.
Manages Time On Demand (TOD) time keeping / payroll system for Health Services and On-Shift for Health Services and Assisted Living.
