Core Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manages inventory in distribution center; includes receiving and stocking and replenishment of products
- Assists with daily picks, retrieving stock, verifying shipments and locating missing product
- Runs daily inventory control reports for Director of Distribution & Logistics
- Facilitates weekly date checks, cycle counts and quality checks
- Identifies potential errors, omissions or inconsistencies with current inventory and / or quality issues
- Participates in annual physical inventory
- Collaborates with quality control, purchasing and Director of Distribution & Logistics regarding receiving issues, pack size and QR code issues
- Verifies primary and alternate location of items and edits in the system
- Researches data to troubleshoot Inventory Control issues
- Prepares items to be transferred to Florida shipping site
- Assists other departments as needed, including Shipping, Verifying and Returns
- Assists in ensuring the Warehouse is kept clean and organized
- Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position
- Additional duties as needed
