What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Support Administrator position at Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club Inc?
This position is responsible for supporting the Wholesale Management team in executing day-to-day functions for the Wholesale department. Responsibilities for this role include assisting the Wholesale Operations Manager in the myriad of necessary deliverables for existing and newly acquired accounts in order to ensure their ongoing maintenance to the highest standards.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with all wholesale accounts in timely manner and provide ongoing support services as necessary Manage wholesale orders, credits, returns, and account updates
- Deliver exceptional support to external and internal customers via phone and/or email
- Provide daily administrative support to sales team
- Identify Accounting issues, including billing and payment discrepancies; partner with Accounting and Wholesale Operations Manager to resolve as needed
- Assist with preparations for Tradeshow activities
- Attend and participate in all pertinent meetings
- Maintain knowledge of all Life Extension products, services, and policies
- Effectively communicate to other departments within the organization where necessary
- 40% onsite attendance is an essential function of this position
- Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- 6 months as Tier 2 CSR with LE
- Administrative support experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Life Extension product line
- Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required
- Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve issues and provide team support
- Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
Salary : $35,800 - $45,400
