Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LAMFT, or LAC) who is passionate about working with adults and couples. The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed, self-sufficient, and possess a positive attitude towards therapy and client care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where clinical supervision/training is available to support your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples therapy to adult clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client needs in a compassionate and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the team for case consultations and support.
- Ensure a trauma-informed approach in all therapy sessions and interactions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and attend clinical supervision sessions to support your growth.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and ensure availability for a diverse client base.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LAMFT, or LAC in the state of Arizona.
- Experience working with couples and adults, particularly in trauma-informed care, attachment theory and other systemic modalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-sufficient and able to manage a caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping others.
