You will also be responsible for implementing behavior programs, collecting data, and following established safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid NC driver's license. You must also be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Prepare meals and nutritional supplements for clients.
- Implement and follow established behavior programs, data collection, and safety procedures.
- Monitor clients during meals and ensure utilization of family-style dining.
- Assist clients with housekeeping responsibilities, including clothing care, house cleaning, and yard work.
