IMPORTANT DETAILS
- This role is hybrid, with Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office, and could be based in either our Hudson, New Hampshire where we recently opened our brand new Factory (Click to view) or from our Boston office

YOUR OBJECTIVE
You'll support the day-to-day operations of our wholesale business by managing key processes, systems, and reporting. As a vital part of the Wholesale team, you'll help ensure our partners have what they need to succeed—on time, every time—while contributing to team-wide operational excellence.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- You support accurate and efficient order management, data entry, and reporting for wholesale accounts
- You ensure the accuracy of key wholesale platforms, including SAP and NuOrder
- You prepare and update sales tools, reports, and collateral to support the Sales and Operations teams
- You ensure smooth execution of seasonal and in-season activities in partnership with partner with Sales, Planning, IT, and Logistics
- You ensure open orders, custom programs, and delivery timelines are tracked and timely
- You document and improve operational workflows and SOPs
- You support trade show and event logistics, including order processing, materials coordination, and post-show reporting
- You bring the knowledge gained from 1-2 years of experience in wholesale operations, merchandising, customer service, supply chain, or a related field (internships count!)
- You Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning systems (e.g., SAP, NuOrder, CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- You are curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You enjoy making things run more smoothly and efficiently
