Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Welder – Build Emergency Vehicles That Save Lives!
Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are key? At Life Line Emergency Vehicles , we’re looking for a 3rd Shift Welder to play a critical role in constructing industry-leading emergency vehicles.

Great Schedule – Work Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM (with training on 1st shift).
What You’ll Do :
- Weld & Assemble – Use MIG and TIG welding processes on aluminum materials to ensure structural integrity.
- Build with Precision – Prep and center floors, install front walls, and complete cab seals.
- Collaborate & Train – Work with other departments and provide training to team members.
- Problem-Solve – Read blueprints, troubleshoot, and apply quality assurance techniques.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Meet deadlines, follow safety policies, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
What You Bring to the Team :
Welding Experience – Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding is required.
Mechanical Know-How – Familiarity with power / air tools, saws, drills, and presses.
Attention to Detail – Strong mathematical skills and blueprint reading ability.
Team Player Mentality – Ability to collaborate with engineers, production teams, and parts departments.
Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
