Great Schedule – Enjoy a steady weekday shift : Monday-Thursday 6 AM – 3 : 30 PM, Friday 6 AM – 10 AM.
What You’ll Do :
- Electrical Assembly – Wire and assemble electrical boards, including terminal strips, jumpers, vacuum plates, R.T.B., faders, and power leads.
- Tool Operation – Work with wire strippers, cutters, crimpers, pliers, drills, grinders, and table saws.
- Quality Control – Inspect finished products, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
- Blueprint Reading – Interpret schematics, work orders, and blueprints with precision.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with Engineering, Parts, and Production teams while providing training and support to teammates.
- Efficiency & Safety – Meet production schedules while maintaining an organized and safe workspace.
What You Bring to the Team :
Technical Aptitude – Experience with electrical or mechanical tools preferred.
Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills and ability to follow precise wiring instructions.
Team Player Mentality – Work well with others while contributing to a results-driven environment.
Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing setting.
