Title : Assembly - Electrical
Reports To : Supervisor of Electrical Department
Become an integral part of the Life Line Emergency Vehicle team as an Electrical Assembler , where precision and craftsmanship drive the creation of critical electrical components for our top-tier emergency vehicles. In this role, you’ll take charge of accurately assembling and wiring electrical component boards based on detailed work orders.
Your hands-on responsibilities include fabricating terminal strips, jumpers, vacuum plates, R.T.B., faders, and power leads, ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards. You’ll also manage parts ordering and provide support to your team, all while ensuring production schedules are met without compromising quality.

Responsibilities :
- Electrical Assembly : Assemble and wire electrical boards; prefabricate terminal strips, jumpers, vacuum plates, R.T.B., faders, and power leads.
- Tool Operation : Operate tools such as wire strippers, cutters, crimpers, pliers, drills, grinders, and table saws.
- Quality Assurance : Inspect finished products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Team Collaboration : Train and support team members; collaborate with Engineering and Parts Departments.
- Efficiency Goals : Meet production schedules, cost reduction targets, and efficiency benchmarks.
- Safety and Organization : Maintain an organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned to support production.
Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday : 6 am – 3 : 30 pm
Friday : 6 am – 10 am
Flexibility required for early or extended hours on occasion.
