Responsibilities
- Prospective employee outreach
- Draft/edit job descriptions
- Monitor and maintain active job postings
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Coordinate completion of all pre-joining requirements
- Conduct onboarding, migration from probationary status to permanent employee, and offboarding procedures
- Foster both a positive work environment and strong employee relations
Core Functions
- Independently conduct all aspects of the recruiting & onboarding processes, as per company procedures and Federal/State credentialing regulations
- Accurately maintain HR records to ensure compliance during internal/external audits
Qualifications
- BS/BA required or 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills
- Successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with complex calendar management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
