ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This part-time role works 5 to 8 hours per week (allowing you to enjoy a very flexible schedule).
Your Role: As a part-time Human Resources Coordinator, each shift, you'll start by supporting our recruitment process, reviewing candidate applications, conducting reference checks, and getting new hires onboarded smoothly. You'll handle everything from preparing paperwork to ensuring a seamless first day for new employees. Throughout the week, you'll dive into payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your organizational skills will be key as you assist with performance management, keep track of employee development, and help with strategic HR initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
