GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Organization Mission and Strategy: Works with the Board of Directors to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach.
Actual Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization’s operations and its programs.
- Ability to work with clients and families, on intake, setting and implementation of goals, and day to day activities within the program.
- Accept donations, and prepare receipts as needed for donors
- Find Grants to Fund organization ’s mission and its programs..
- Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling and communicating with volunteers and other organizations,
- Form Partnerships with city, county, community, other organizations and it leaders
- Speak to the community about the organization's mission to help build better relationships.
- Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Manage all employees/contract labors, make sure that they are performing per organization's Standards & contracts.
Professional Qualifications Needed
- A High School Diploma
- College Degree
- Transparent and high integrity leadership.
- High level strategic thinking and planning. Ability to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future to volunteers and donors.
- Ability to effectively communicate the organization’s mission to donors, volunteers and the overall community.
- Solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.
