The Company serves orthopedic, cardiovascular, diagnostic, dental and a variety of other medical specialties. Our unique model is focused on in-house end-to-end portfolio processes and service offerings with deep regulatory knowledge. This provides the agility and flexibility that customers need to accelerate their go-to-market launches while standardizing their supply chain and mitigating risk. Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from procurement to final packaging and shipping.

LSO’s is headquartered in Brea, CA (North Orange County). In January 2023, the Company added its east coast facility in Somersworth, New Hampshire (formerly J-Pac Medical).

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative with positive, engagement and collaborative energy to join our team and support the continued growth of the New Hampshire Facility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products or services to customers and meeting sales goals. The role involves a variety of tasks, including generating leads, identifying customer needs, presenting products, and closing sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
    • Qualify leads to determine potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Meet with customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and offer solutions.
    • Develop relationships with existing and potential clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Present products or services to clients in a compelling and informative way.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
    • Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
    • Report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and track progress toward targets.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies.
    • Gather feedback from customers to identify potential improvements or new product opportunities.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, including troubleshooting, returns, or any issues they may face.

 

QUALIFICATIONS- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

  • Minimum high school diploma or 10 Years equivalent experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Sales Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Proven Ability to proactively identify client issues and develop solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated and Proactive
  • Proven negotiation skills and persuasion abilities
  • Proven utilization of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.  Must have the ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly and walk extended distances as needed.
