We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or PA to join a well known company corporate healthcare clinic in Middleton, WI on a contract with an opportunity for it to move to a permanent position. Half days on Friday!!
NP or PA for a Small Health Center needing interim coverage of Primary Care Provider. (NP or PA). Health Center supports PCMH, lab, provider dispensing, BH, and PT lines of service.
Needing coverage April-May 2025 with possibility to become permanent role if a good fit.
Prefer 3 years of Family Practice experience.
Must have an active DEA and a clean NP or PA license in the state of WI.
EPIC EMR.
Health Center hours of operation M/Tu 6:30am-4:30pm W/Th 11am-7pm F 8am-12pm
