Family Nurse Practitioner needed for Employee Health Wellness Center in Middleton, Wisconsin.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides services to clinic patients following adopted clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians. Takes complete histories and performs physical examinations in order to provide a health maintenance plan. Diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries under established protocols.
$95 hourly / 40 hours per week
M/Tu 6:30am-4:30pm
W/Th 11am-7pm
F 8am-12pm
10 week contract position with likely extension
Ages 2 and up - Family Health, Primary Care required
Requirements:
Active license as Family Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin
3 years Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
MUST HAVE a DEA in Wisconsin
