Schedule and Benefits
We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as an uncapped structured pay plan.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training. They will follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, collect and record data on observable client behavior, and assist with parent and caregiver training.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to physically perform the job requirements, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required
- Strong understanding of technology to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications
- Strong cultural competency and ability to remain flexible and open-minded
