We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Hot Springs, AR.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Interview the patient to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessments
- Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on a review of client information
- Develop and implements treatment plans
- Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
- Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
- Interfaces with schools, DHS/DCFS, and other needed community services
