Role Description
">The On-Site Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day staffing operations at one of our client's worksites. This includes coordinating with the client's management team to understand their staffing needs and requirements, utilizing our staffing software and databases to source, screen, and recruit candidates, and conducting interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
