At Life Style Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Supervisor to join our team. This is an internal position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Management, and Customer Service fields.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively source qualified candidates and establish relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
- Create onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes
- Supervise employee attendance and performance, providing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare reports on hiring status
- Work with clients to monitor staffing needs and project future staffing levels
- Advertise job openings across multiple channels
- Investigate Workers Compensation claims
- Process payroll in a timely manner
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
- Document applicant and client information correctly into the applicant tracking system
