About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client's management team to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Sources, screens, and recruits candidates using our staffing software and databases.
- Conducts interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Makes recommendations for candidate selection based on skill sets, availability, and client preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
